Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Skill Pixel. We strive to provide a high-quality learning experience; however, we understand that circumstances may change. Our refund policy is outlined below:

1. Non-Refundable Fee

A non-refundable portion of 15% of the total course fee is applicable in all cases to cover administrative and processing costs.

2. Withdrawal Before Course Commencement

If a student decides to withdraw before classes begin, they will receive a refund for all fees paid, minus the non-refundable 15% administrative fee.

3. Withdrawal After Classes Begin

To maintain the integrity of our batches, refund requests must be made within a specific timeframe:

  • Deadline: No refunds will be issued after one week or 5 hours into the course, whichever comes first.
  • Post-Deadline: Any refund requests received after this specified period will not be considered.
  • Discontinuation: No refunds will be issued if a student is unable to complete the course or chooses to discontinue for any reason after the deadline has passed.

4. Batch Cancellations

In the event that a batch is cancelled by Skill Pixel, enrolled students will have the option to:

  • Receive a full refund of the amount paid.
  • Be accommodated in a new or upcoming batch.

5. Installments and Partner Platforms

  • Installment Payments: Refund eligibility for courses paid via installments will be subject to the specific terms outlined in your installment payment agreement.
  • Partner Platforms: For enrollments made through third-party partner platforms, refund procedures will align with the specific policies of that platform.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed and completed within 15 business days.
